Alzheimers
Alzheimer's: It is something we all think we will never have. But did you know the brain begins to degenerate/oxidise from the age of 35. Just like our bones need stressing to strengthen, our brains also require cleaning and strengthening.
Only in 2015 did they find lymphatic vessels in the brain. The lymph is responsible for removing toxins and cleaning away bacteria. It is not connected to the heart so it requires us to move it. The brain begins to calcify around the lymph and I believe it is because we spend most of our life standing, sitting, or lying down. We must tip the body daily to clean the lymph in the brain.
