INFUSION

If we were to take a moment and projected ourselves 20 years from now how would You like to see Yourself?

 As Life moves through us how can we age in years but not in the body & mind?   This is something that I stop and reflect on often. When we become the witness to our lives and take a moment to stand outside of ourselves how can we re-evaluate what we need & what we don’t? 

How can we create more time to give back to our bodies?   At the end of this day when the sun goes down and our moon comes up, we are left with few vital pieces to our health:  Blood, Internal Organs, Bones, Brains, SPIRIT & SOUL. It is generally not until we lose someone we love to cancer or see our nearest and dearest fade away with Alzheimer's do we really stop and look into our own health and wellbeing.  Life can become so busy and it is generally SELF that gets put to the side. 

Combining Yoga and Food we create medicine. Prevention is our medicine and I hope that through sharing my own learnings  I can also help educate and help You all along the way. You will see in the drop down menu the foundations and concepts that I am currently studying & incorporating into what I believe will help bring balance not only to your body but your inner self.
