SUSTAINABILITY
If we are to Invest in business how can we Invest in something that not only sustains our own personal future but the future of our children and our children’s - children . When I look at business and businesses I ask “HOW are they really sustaining us, our bodies, our future?” We all work so hard in life and then eventually something gives, generally the body.
Sustainability and environmental awareness is very real for me and central to my ethos. Every aspect of my Yoga business and implementation has been evaluated for its greater ecological impact. I aim to support positive sustainable practices in the world of Yoga & Food. In the galley/kitchen, I consciously practice waste minimisation by buying locally sourced "non-packaged" goods whenever possible. Environmentally certified cleaning products & recycled paper products are also taken into consideration. All of the rubbish is separated and recycled when ever possible . My aim is to use local, organic & ethical produce and products, wherever possible.
In-line with the latest environmental research by the UN, by choosing plant-based cuisine as often as possible and reducing our consumption of animal products as much we can with out being detrimental to our health, we together reduce the significant environmental impact that food choices play on our planet. This, above all else, is the most sustainable choice that I, as an individual, and we, as a social group, can make.
