I created a new concept never before done. Urban Calm was an inner-city retreat . In the heart of Dunedin City. It became a book-a-mat system and clients arrived to their mat, bolster, and eye pack waiting for them at the end of their hectic day. After two years and over 1000hrs as sole teacher/guide entirely dedicated to the practice of Yin I feel strong and grounded in my approach to Yin .
